Our building’s innovative design and superior architecture were celebrated on the front cover of Octogon Magazine, a renowned authority in architecture and design. This prestigious feature underscores our commitment to quality, modern aesthetics, and cutting-edge construction—qualities that set our project apart.
Led by architect Bence Turányi, the design of this project reflects the intellectual and technical innovation that has become the hallmark of T2.a. Known for landmark Budapest projects like the Kopaszi Dam rehabilitation and Hotel Novotel Danube, Turányi’s work consistently sits at the forefront of contemporary architecture.
Awarded by Az Év Irodája for innovation and design, this project stands out as a high-value, future-ready investment in a competitive real estate market.
As the most respected independent real estate competition in Hungary, this recognition placed IN Budapest among the city's most elite developments before we even opened our doors. It's a testament to the fact that our project was making waves in the industry from the very first blueprint.
IN Budapest is more than just a place to stay—it’s a curated architectural experience. We were honored to be part of the 3rd National Salon of Architecture (2024), an elite selection of the best Hungarian architecture from the last half-decade.
Held at the prestigious Műcsarnok (Kunsthalle), the exhibition titled "Local Value" showcased our project as a prime example of innovative urban living. Being featured in the Salon is a testament to our design philosophy: respecting the past, engineering the future, and always prioritizing the community.
At Rottenbiller utca 17-19, history has a pulse. Once the 19th-century "Citadel of Cards," this site was the exclusive hub for Ferdinand Piatnik and Sons, the only Hungarian factory granted the royal coat of arms. Millions of iconic "William Tell" decks were crafted here, establishing a global legacy of craftsmanship. Today, that Piatnik spirit is meticulously preserved, serving as the industrial soul for a new generation’s creative campus.
Bridging this heritage with the future is a floor-by-floor visual narrative by acclaimed artist Gil Goren. His custom wall installations weave vintage card motifs and industrial portraits with bold urban typography, ensuring the Seventh District’s gritty, grand spirit lives on in every corridor.
